What needs to change for Ukraine\u2019s organic business to grow? On September 23, this question will be at the heart of the country\u2019s leading organic sector event \u2014 the \u201cOrganic Day in Ukraine\u201d conference.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, the Ukrainian Public Association \u201cOrganic Initiative\u201d, with the support of Switzerland and Germany, will bring together on one stage those who shape the conditions for the development of the organic market and those who work in it every day: government and business representatives, international partners, retailers, experts, and members of the academic community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The discussion will feature representatives of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy, as well as executives of leading organic companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The agenda will cover barriers to growth and government support, the prospects for the domestic market, European integration, exports and access to finance, as well as practical cases from organic producers \u2014 highlighting the challenges they face and the solutions they use to overcome them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key focus of the conference will be direct dialogue between businesses and government representatives<\/strong>. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to policymakers, voice the barriers their companies face, and contribute to finding practical solutions for market development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
