Recognising the importance of partnership and mutual exchange of knowledge and experience, in order to improve the professional level, efficiency and effectiveness of both organisations, and guided by the principle of expediency of joining forces to achieve the goal, the Organic Initiative and Polska Ekologia have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and agreed to cooperate in the following areas:

• development of organic production in the Carpathian region
• cooperation on the introduction of organic food in schools and kindergartens in Poland and Ukraine
• cooperation for the joint development of the organic sectors of Ukraine and Poland.

“We believe that the initiated cooperation with Polska Ekologia Association is extremely important now,” said Olena Deineko, Chairman of Organic Initiative Public Association, when signing the Memorandum.
