The study and trade tour was organised with the financial support of the German-Ukrainian Cooperation in Organic Agriculture project and organic operators. The tour was co-organised by Organic Business School and the Institute of Organic Production.
The tour gathered the representatives of 11 organic producers — Agrofirm Pole, ATS-Organic, Danube Agrarian, Jiva, Zhyva Nyva, Organic Original, Skvyrskyi Grain Processing Factory, Stodola, Terra and others.
In the frame of the study and trade tour the participants:
👉 visited Ekogala trade fair (Rzeszów, Poland), where more than 300 organic companies from Poland and the EU presented their organic products;
👉 attended the training at the Organic Advisory Centre in Radom, Poland (Centrum Doradztwa Rolniczego w Brwinowie oddział w Radomiu);
👉 met with the leading Polish distribution and trading companies that sell organic products in Poland and the EU.
The tour participants visited the leading specialised organic stores, trading platforms, and retail chains in Warsaw and analysed the range of organic products on their shelves.
This B2B tour facilitated matchmaking between Ukrainian organic producers and processors and their further cooperation and partnership for the development of organic production and trade in Ukraine.
