The cooperation between the Organic Initiative and INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine began in 2022 and is constantly evolving. During 2022-2023, INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine constantly disseminated information about the state of the Ukrainian organic sector and, in particular, was one of the first to publicly disseminate the Organic Initiative’s “Statement on the Situation in the Organic Sector of Ukraine” at the beginning of the large-scale invasion.

In 2022, INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine joined the financial support of Ukrainian organic operators through the Organic Initiative’s grant program “Support of the organic sector in Ukraine”.

The Organic Initiative and INTERBIO Nouvelle-Aquitaine continue to cooperate and are looking for opportunities to implement joint projects and share the French experience in Ukraine, in particular, the experience of introduction of organic food in educational institutions.
