During May and June 2024, supermarket chain “Silpo” and Organic Initiative Public Association will hold Organic Fest, a festival of Ukrainian organic products, which includes 4 two-day organic markets (fairs) in Kyiv, Lviv and Odesa and a communication campaign to raise awareness and promote organic products among consumers, as well as special discounts from organic producers for Silpo customers.
Locations and dates of the markets:
Lviv – 11-12 May 2024 (Saturday and Sunday), Victoria Gardens shopping centre (226a Kulparkivska St.);
Odesa – 24-25 May 2024 (Friday and Saturday), Kadorr City Mall shopping centre (24b Henuezka St.);
Kyiv – 29-30 June 2024 (Saturday and Sunday):
- Respublika Park shopping centre (1, Kiltseva Road);
- River Mall shopping centre (12, Dniprovska embankment).
During the Organic Fest customers will be able to learn more about the benefits and advantages of organic products from their producers, taste and buy organic products made in Ukraine at special prices.
The Organic Fest is organised by the national supermarket chain “Silpo” and the Organic Initiative Public Association with the support of Switzerland within the framework of the Swiss-Ukrainian Program “Higher Value Added Trade from the Organic and Dairy Sector in Ukraine” (QFTP), implemented by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL, Switzerland) in partnership with SAFOSO AG (Switzerland).
